Hello 2012.

HAPPY NEW YEAR, EVERYONE!

I entered the new year with Love and it was sweet. ^^ We reached Marina Square at about 11:20pm and thought we had a lot of time to find a good spot to watch the fireworks. We had a hard time walking around, trying very hard to not step on those people sitting around. Thankfully, we found the best spot we could at around 11:50pm. Why was it the best spot? The people in front of me were not taller than me. Hehehehe! I could see the fireworks clearly, of course!

I've always loved watching fireworks because they are insanely beautiful. I know, Singapore's fireworks suck as compared to places like London's and New York's but we're all stuck here.. So yeah. There were a lot of people (friends, families, couples..) It was pretty heartwarming..

I sent Love to work before heading home! And we took our first photo of the year in the cab... Because somebody refused to wake up and was almost late for work! Oh well~ :)

  

Then on the 2nd of January, we took the 10pm bus to Malaysia! Spent 3 days there! Not going to elaborate on the trip because I'm too lazy to. It was a great experience and I'm glad we went during the first week of the year because I learnt a lot from this trip.

So... We went for 3 days right? We only took 7 photos... 4 of them of him! 3 of them of us both... YET only 1 doesn't look ridiculous! (Which is the one up there.) I just find it quite amusing. We slept very little throughout the 3 days and we had a lot of fun. We ate a lot too. I guess we were too busy having fun, we forgot to take more photos together. Sigh~

I get to say this again here:

The best thing that happened to me in 2011 was getting to know this amazing person. Of course, the next best thing would be to get together with him. He'd always say that he's not as good as I always think of him to be but what he doesn't know is that he is the one that brought out the best in me. He made me want to be a better person. He didn't let me go when things got really tough, he held me closer and led me through it all. I have so much to say about him, about how good he is but it'll just get mushy for everyone else. So I'll just end it here. :)

Please be patient with me, I'm going to be the best girlfriend for you. :*
